Invalid or Non-Increasing CFBundleVersion
Boring I know, but it could come in handy for someone who’s hit the same problem I have with iPhone version numbers. When we first uploaded HighSpeedChase to the AppStore, I’m sure the CFBundleVersion was 1.7 (on their site it says 1.0.0) so I tried uploaded version 1.1.0 but it produces the error wrong version number. When I uploaded version 1.8 (even though on iTunesConnect the version number is 1.1.0) it accepts the binary, I later get an email from an iTunes Rep that says the version I uploaded has “Invalid or Non-Increasing CFBundleVersion”.
Now I’m trying with the version number 1.1.0 again, if not I will try 1.8.0 to see if that makes a difference.
